Larissa has lived in Yokohama, Kameoka (Kyoto), and most recently, Nagoya, Japan. Most of her daughters' conversations start with "remember when we lived in Japan and ..." They fondly remember that Saturdays did not include trips to Home Depot, but when you did go to the hardware store, they had pets.
